9th ENQA General Assembly, 18-19 October 2018, Astana, Kazakhstan
The 9th ENQA General Assembly will take place on 18-19 October 2018 in Astana, Kazakhstan. The event is organised in cooperation with the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) and will be held at the Radisson Hotel Astana located at 4, Saryarka Avenue, 010000 Astana, Kazakhstan.
If a Member will not be present during the General Assembly, they may be represented by another Member. All proxies must be informed in writing to the Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org by Thursday, 27 September 2018. The power of attorney is to be shown at the registration to the General Assembly. A Member present shall not represent more than one other Member unless decided otherwise by the General Assembly.
Pre-event and social programme
Participants arriving early to Astana are welcome to attend a pre-event workshop and welcome reception offered by IQAA. The pre-event will take place during the afternoon preceding the ENQA General Assembly, on Wednesday, 17 October from 16.00-17.30, followed by a reception at 17.30 at the Radisson Hotel Astana located at 4, Saryarka Avenue, 010000 Astana, Kazakhstan. Programme of the pre-event is available here. IQAA will also organise a free city tour on Friday, 19 October at 14.00-16.00. In addition, IQAA will generously offer participants a visit to the Astana Opera to view a performance on Friday, 19 October at 18.00.
