ACCUEE • The Canarian Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation, Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The Canarian Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ACCUEE) is an autonomous, administrative body that is a part of the ministry responsible for education.

The Agency has its own legal personality, is independent in the exercise of its functions and is governed by the provisions of its regulations of organisation and operation approved by Decree 250/2017, of 26 December, and by the regulations that, in general, are applicable to it.

It is publicly owned and its basic administrative activity is governed by the laws regulating the legal regime of the public sector and the common administrative procedure.

It assumes the evaluation functions established in university and non-university education legislation and contained in Articles 2 and 3 of the aforementioned Regulation.
